SPEL’s Board considered the Unaudited Financial Results for Q2 FY
2016-17 along with H1 FY 2016-17. Sales was ₹ 9.08 Crores resulting with
a net Loss after tax of ₹ 2.3 Crores. Improvement in sales was 14%
compared to the previous Quarter.
The Promoter Group infused funds during the Quarter, enabling the
Company to withstand industry pressure and achieve improved Sales.
Compared to the same corresponding Quarter, the loss was reduced from ₹
5.9 Crs to ₹ 2.3 Crs thereby improving the EPS.
The Management is working on augmenting Sales by attracting new
Customers. Further financing is being explored to also meet Customer
specific growth requirements. Fund tie-up is expected to be completed by
